The good, the bad, and the unexpected
A charming stay with a fantastic location near the city center! The personnel were friendly, especially Pedro, who helped us navigate the parking situation. The room was clean, but a bit on the narrow side with a rather basic bathroom. A cozy experience overall if you can manage the minor inconveniences.

Check in was fast and staff friendly. I felt it was nice that they held our luggage until we could check in, making our site seeing a lot easier. Room was nice, but needed a shower curtain in Room 111. We enjoyed our stay there.

Good location and friendly staff.
My single bed room was very small. The only window was in the roof, and could not be opened.

There was a very unpleasant odor that lingered in the room, less than enjoyable throughout the stay. The overall wear and tear were apparent, with the car park having a dusty floor, made me hesitant to put down my luggage. The cramped conditions could easily.

Very central, but rooms etc leave a lot to desire, but staff and owner 1st class.

The breakfast was reasonably priced, a good choice of food.

Dijon is a culinary haven! We stumbled upon local eats, like Le Comptoir just 0.3 km away, that served mind-blowing dishes using homemade organic ingredients. The sweet aroma of fresh pastries wafting from nearby cafes just added to our experience. The convenient location made exploring the old town easy.
Despite the good dining options, the hotel did feel a bit rough around the edges. The shower had its quirks, and the toilet hadn't seen a proper clean in ages. Plus, the noise outside was a bit too lively for my taste. Still, it all added to the character of our stay!

Clean room. A lot of fresh, home-made and different items for breakfast. Friendly and english talking staff, ready to help. Good location of the hotel.// Chambre propre. Petit-dejeuner copieux avec des produits frais et faits maison. Personnel sympathique, anglophone et prets a aider. Bonne localisation de l'hotel.
Not clear on the site that it is compulsory to reserve in advance a place in the very very tiny parking of the hotel. Thus we had no place on arrival because the parking was already full./// Pas clair sur le site qu'il est nécessaire de réserver une place dans le très très petit parking de l'hotel. Nous n'avons ainsi pas eu de place à l'arrivée car le parking était complet.

Great location near tram station but small room felt cramped with thin walls, hearing neighbors at night.

Friendly welcoming staff, good breakfast. Clean room and good hot shower.
We followed the advise of a previous guest reviewer and requested a room to the rear of the hotel due to street noise. The hotel fulfilled this request. Unfortunately the noise from the heating system kept us awake most of the night, sounding like constant running water through high pressure pipes. Not a nice experience, especially if you have 500 Km to travel the next day

There was the reasonably priced and enjoyable breakfast, liked the location.
The location was marvellous and fab and I could use private parking nearby. I had a really comfortable stay, the staff were very pleasant and accommodating, always trying their best. I was upgraded to an extremely spacious room with 2 double beds.

The location was convenient for exploring Dijon.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I found the bed linens to be stained and the bathroom fixtures were not maintained well. The walls were thin, allowing noise from neighboring rooms to disturb my sleep.

Only good this was the location
Very basic accomodation in a hotel in need of refurbishment

The location could be good apart from the extensive road works. Other than this, it is just a basic uninspiring hotel that will not stick in the memory, will quickly be forgotten and will not be revisited.
The hotel frontage looked like one of the businesses leading off from the red light district in Paris. The tw2in room was so small that the two single beds were attached together. In spite of requesting parking none was provided and finding our way through the road works of Dijon was a joke - these are not new and should have been mentioned on the website. Overpriced for what is basically a clean but low star hotel...
